New Vegas Cowboy Build (Need Advice) So, I'm getting a new gaming PC for the first time, and the first game I'm going to play is Fallout New Vegas. I played a lot on PS3, but it was a difficult experience to say the least. With better graphics, smoother running and mods soon to be available to me, I went ahead and started to plan a build.
